A beautiful, ethnic-style location, very welcoming, entirely outdoors, with even reserved seating for couples. It's also a great place for a group meal. As soon as you arrive, you're greeted impeccably by the kind and friendly staff. They explain all the courses and how the rodeo menu works. Then, countless skewers of various fish and shellfish begin to arrive, continuously, until you're full. In addition to the skewers, other dishes are also served with the rodeo. All in a truly relaxing atmosphere. In short, spending an evening here becomes an experience in itself. And truly spectacular. I highly recommend it, especially if you like grilled fish.

An incredible place to dine in Alghero. The atmosphere is modern, relaxing, and clean. The seafood dishes are varied and all delicious, served by the churraschieri. The wines are excellent and well-recommended by the staff. The grilled pineapple with cinnamon and gelato is a must-try; it's incredible! The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. I can't wait to try Fogo, the steakhouse right next to Agua.

The quality and variety of the swordfish steaks served are extraordinary: succulent, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. Even before that, the exotic Brazilian appetizers intrigue and captivate, paving the way for a sequence of surprising flavors with every course. The experience concludes with a refined and unforgettable dessert: dark chocolate and passion fruit, a combination that celebrates South American tradition with a touch of elegance. The excellent service deserves special mention: attentive and always accompanied by detailed explanations of the dishes. In particular, waiter Kris made our experience even more enjoyable, guiding us with professionalism, seeking feedback throughout the evening, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Completing the sensory journey was a surprising rosé wine: among its delicate notes, the taste buds detected an intriguing hint of licorice, a detail that made the experience even more memorable. Churrascaria Fogo is a true gem in Alghero: a place where taste, atmosphere, and hospitality blend harmoniously, creating an evening that will remain etched in your memory and your heart.
